Red Wing Dinnerware

Founded in 1861, the company that eventually became Red Wing Pottery produced some of the most collectible stoneware in the United States, and many of their pieces still demand incredibly high prices. Though best known for its crocks, Red Wing offered a wide range of other items, including dinnerware sets between 1935 to 1967. Each of the patterns was produced in limited numbers, making them rare in comparison to the crocks and jugs more often seen today.

This book, written by a former Red Wing employee and another collector in 1980, is the only existing complete guide to each of the dinnerware sets, complete with photos, lists of pieces, and even reproductions of vintage advertisements. Surviving copies of the book itself are now hard to find as well, particularly in this condition. It would be an excellent complementary piece to a Redwing collection.

Pricing Most items I sell are set to Buy It Now, but priced reasonably based on the market and sometimes still open to negotiation. Please do not send overly low offers, as I often list my items similar to or lower than others. In most cases I simply will not respond.
Shipping Every item is weighed beforehand and entered into eBay's automatic shipping calculator, which generates the shipping quote based on the provider, your location, the weight and (when applicable for larger items due to volumetric weight) the box size. In general I ship the same day or next day when purchases are made, and they're all assigned valid tracking numbers through eBay's system. All items are packaged carefully with sufficient protection to ensure they reach you safely.

Any items that exceed $100 in value, excluding those in limited categories such as books and magazines, will be covered by additional insurance in the full sale amount at no cost to the buyer.
Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days following the date of purchase. In cases in which an item does not match the description or does not work as stated, a full refund will be issued, including the original and return shipping costs. However, in cases in which you wish to return an item for other reasons, or if an item was listed "as is" in the description, note that only the purchase cost will be refunded. The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
