Box Breaks:
The live break will take place the night the auction ends at (or a close as possible pending receipt of all payments) on “BigTimeHitsCards” YouTube page, and potentially on "@BigTimeHitsCards" Facebook Live page. A recorded video of the break will also be posted later that night on YouTube at “BigTimeHitsCards” channel.

All cards will ship (including base). The card will be awarded based on the team listed on the card, not the jersey the player is wearing. Retired players will go to the team shown on the card as well. If no team is listed on a card, then it will go to the team they have most recently played for. If a card has multiple players, then there will be a dice roll to decide to which team the card goes.
All rookies, inserts, hits, etc will be sleeved and in many cases top loaded if the card is considered a hit (base cards will not be sleeved). Cards will be team bagged, wrapped, and placed in either a bubble mailer or small box depending on quantity.
Shipping
Shipping is $4.50 for the first team won and $1.00 for any additional teams that you win. Please wait to pay if you plan to win multiple teams so that I may send you a new invoice with the adjusted shipping cost at the end of all bidding. If you pay before I invoice, then I will not be able to go back and adjust your shipping fee.
Payment
Please ensure payments are made at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the break. If you plan to try to bid on multiple teams, then feel free to add them to your cart as you win and make one payment at the end. That automatically combines the shipping and allows for a smoother process. Any unpaid teams will be forfeited by the winner and offered up for sale during the live break broadcast.
Be
sure to only bid if you intend to participate. There is very little
time between the end of the auction and the start of the break, and
relisting of postings is not possible. If you bid and end up as
the highest bidder, you are required to make payment. Cancellation
requests, "mistake bids", etc. will only be able to be honored if the
team you have is able to be resold prior to the start of the break. If
the team is not able to be resold then you are still responsible for the
full payment of the listing you won.

Most cards are shipped in a top loader and penny sleeve inside a self adhesive pouch and padded envelope to prevent card from damage while shipping, unless otherwise specifically described in the listing.
Payments are due within 3 days of auctions end, or auction will be forfeited and item may be relisted. I will make exceptions on a case by case basis or if other arrangements are made within 24 hours of the auction's end.
