Old gen commercial BDU woodland ALICE Pistol mag pouch. This is same fabric/pattern used by Paraclete, Blackhawk, AWS, and other manufactures in the 1990s. Very hard to find. 

These pouches were Made in the USA with mil spec materials by the now out of business Powell Military Supply. These hard-to-find aftermarket ALICE pouches are New/Old Stock, but may show minor signs of storage.
