This is a very high-quality release from Epiphone that looks pretty darn authentic. Nice bookmatched flame maple top finished in cherry sunburst over a mahogany body with a mahogany neck and bound rosewood fretboard. The guitar is in fine condition with just one small ding on the lower edge of the body. Grover tuner have been added but the originals are easy to find if you choose to replace them. The pickups are well-matched and deliver that gutsy Les Paul tone but the electronics are very quiet in more refined situations. The neck & frets are in great shape and the truss rod works as it should. The guitar weighs 9 lbs which is quite light for a Les Paul and comes with the super-deluxe Epiphone hardshell case.
