100% complete (over complete as it contains lots of spare bricks)  set with original instructions and box 

Note the sticker #9 was so deteriorated that I had to throw it away. 

Original bricks to the set, and they are in excellent condition.

Instructions and box are in good condition, see photos.

Box has inner plastic tray and lid.

The instructions are in the top flap of the box, some pages are lose.
