✅ Each design is printed using professional sublimation inks, and heat pressed to permanently place the print on the product which will not crack, peel or wash away. The printed image will be clear, sharp and colourful.

You can place your order by selecting the desired items and quantity from our drop-down menu. There are also opportunities for you to input custom text in a personalisation box or message us through eBay messaging system when checking out!
📌 WHAT NEEDS TO KNOW?

â—¾ We want to make sure that your order ships as quickly and efficiently possible, so please read all of our descriptions before submitting an order.
â—¾ We reserve the right that our products may have slight variations such as colour, font, texture, placement etc... due to the fact that our products are individually handmade.
â—¾ We will make sure your text is copied and pasted exactly as you supply it to us, so please ensure all spelling/grammar is correct. We cannot fix any mistakes after printing - if there's something wrong with your order just let us know at checkout!
â—¾ We want to ensure that your order is printed exactly the way you imagined it, so if we don't receive personalised details or artwork file approval within 24 hours of accepting them then we'll ship your order as originally specified.
â—¾ Please note that orders will be posted to your eBay address, so please make sure this is correct and up-to date as we are not responsible if the given shipping address has been incorrect. If you need to change it, please contact us via eBay ASAP!
â—¾ If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your item, we ask you to reach out to us before placing the order so that we can advise whether it will be possible for us to get your order to you by that time. Unfortunately we are unable to take into account any notes added to orders asking for specific delivery time frames and are unlikely to be able to move orders in line with requests made post purchase.
â—¾ Once your order is placed, personalisation can not be changed due to our quick turn around time frames, as on occasion your product will be dispatched on the day of purchase where possible.
â—¾ We ensure your print is big, bold and can be seen by utilising as much of the printable area as possible.
â—¾ If you'd like to see screen resolution visual proof, please feel free to send us a message after the purchase, and we will send you one, so you can check everything looks correct and is in the right place before production. There is an additional fee for requests of more than 1 proof and after 2 revisions to the original proof. The visual proofs cannot be used for colour matching purposes.
â—¾ We know that your monitor may be configured differently than ours, which means the colours you see on screen vs what's physical could vary due to disruptions in the supply chain. We cannot guarantee an accurate representation of colour unless it matches exactly with what is shown in pictures or videos for this product line - but we do our best! All images/video are for illustrative purposes.

📌 DELIVERY TIMES & COST

All orders that are placed and have artwork approved by 5 pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days or sooner whenever possible (Monday-Friday) by 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery, unless a postage upgrade has been selected.

â—¾ Worldwide 14-28 working days from dispatch, customs permitting.*
Faster delivery methods are available. You can upgrade shipping to your preference at checkout.
Double-check the estimated delivery date that eBay states on the listing page. Make sure you choose a suitable delivery method in checkout to avoid any delays!
You cannot get a refund for items that arrive too late due to courier issues. The delivery estimate is just an estimation and nothing guaranteed!
We combine shipping for you, so that all items are shipped to the same address. You will pay a single charge regardless of how many products or sizes are being delivered!
(The only exception is added cost to international orders on heavier items such as gift boxes to weight restrictions).
📌 RETURNS & REFUNDS

We're proud to operate a 100% customer satisfaction policy so if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, simply send the product back (it must be unused and in its original condition) within 30 working days of receiving it, and we'll issue a full refund on receipt.
Our return policy does not apply to items which have been personalised or custom-made for you, or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.
In the unlikely event that there is any fault with the product please take photos of the damaged item(s). We are happy to refund or replace it within 14 days if you get in touch explaining the issue.
If this is the case, we may ask you to return the product to us in the original packaging (at our cost) so we can investigate the issue to make sure it can’t happen again.

If your order is returned to us for any of the reasons listed (this list is not exhausted), we will NOT issue you a refund, and you will be liable to re pay postage to have your item sent back to you: - 'incorrect address', 'address partially missing', 'recipient did not claim', 'recipient refused parcel', 'recipient no longer at the address' - refund will not be processed.
If your order is a non-personalised item which we are able to re sell and your order was sent back to us by the courier for any of the reasons above, we may accept to refund you the product cost only minus postage fee's. This is at our discretion.
