The AC socket of the adapter has stopped working, what should I do?

The cause of this issue may be a burnt-out fuse. You can pry open the component at the bottom of the adapter (marked "SPARE & FUSE") and replace the fuse. If the problem persists, please email Beondon for further assistance.

Does the adapter getting stuck when pulling out the plug indicate a quality issue or is it due to other reasons?

Beondon adapter with safety lock system ensures more stable and safe charging and prevents the plug from bouncing back. When the plug is stuck, apply a little force and hear a "click" sound to indicate that it is fully pushed out.
