This 2-piece Art Deco drop waist dress from the 1920's is in remarkable vintage condition. This flapper dress has an art decor pattern and a gathered wisp of chiffon that drapes down the side on the over blouse and the skirt for added detail and whimsy. The delicate chiffon fabric has one small tear that has been repaired but no other holes or pulled threads. The snaps at the wrist are in place and working. It has no labels.
This dress has been in our family collection for more than 50 years. Our matriarch, Grammy, replaced the two straps on the under dress. They can be shortened or lengthened to adjust the length of the dress. She also patched a small tear on the back of the skirt.
