These original ceramic tile coasters are designed and and exclusively offered by House of Whispering Firs, in Newberg, Oregon. When not in use as a coaster, a ribbon hanger on the back makes it suitable for wall display.
Felt has been applied to the underside to protect your furniture from scratches and are easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid using mugs or cups with abrasive bases. Our coasters accommodate both hot and cold beverages, plus, double as terrific trivets.
Each
tiny tile in our mosaics are individually hand cut from clay, bisque
fired, hand glazed and finish fired at over 2100 degrees. The tile
pieces are then arranged and set to form the actual mosaic. The
coasters are then finished with stain resistant epoxy grout.
