A lens mount would fasten to the 53.89mm OD diameter threads near the rear of the lens. Canon and others made interchangeable C, ARRI Standard, and other mounts for these lenses. 

I didn’t test it on a camera (because it has no lens mount), but it appears to be in good condition and to operate smoothly.

The Canon 15-150 TV lens F2.8 was designed for the old 1 inch video cameras, which were a 16mm diameter lens coverage (super 16 is 14.5mm). People often use this lens on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras (with excellent results; see their many YouTube videos). This video lens was designed to work without a prism (introduced later with the 2/3inch 3 ccd cameras), so it has no problem with chromatic and other aberrations that you get using B4 lenses on modern sensors.
