We ended up not using this. I did turn it on to see if it works. You will have to use the older Owlet app that is not available in the US. You just have to change your country to a different one, download the older version app, and change the country back if you are in the US.
I got this used off eBay for our first born so any use is from previous owner. Everything pictured is included.
