This is Manzel specialty tool 7000G, Transmission External Housing Bushing Remover, for the following Ford Motor Company vehicles with 28 machined splines (1):
(1) Note for those not familiar with machined vs rolled splines, a machined spline is cut into the stock and so is the same diameter as the uncut shaft; a rolled spline is extruded from the stock and so the spline has a larger diameter than the uncut shaft
Although Manzel quit the business in the early 60’s, Ford continued to carry this tool as a cross-reference to its own & identical tool T52L-7000-GAE thru the 1960’s. It’s a solid tool in very good original condition, some light discoloration/powdery rust stains but body thread & forcing screw clean, screw runs top to bottom and the tool is otherwise clean, complete & undamaged, lightly oiled and wrapped in VCI paper to inhibit corrosion.
60+ YEARS OBSOLETE, NOW VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND & THE LAST ONE IN MY INVENTORY!

Manzel started as a competitor to KR Wilson, and like Wilson, suffered when Ford began making and marketing its own tools to its dealerships. Although the company prospered for only 2 decades, their very heavily constructed & well engineered tools survive to this day.
