These Digium D50 VoIP phones are intended for hosted phone systems and will not work from standard analogue or home phone lines as they are provisioned through web browsers or TFTP servers.   Please do not purchase if you do not have the technical knowledge of setting them up as returns are not accepted.  All phones are fully tested and working perfectly fine.
