A relic of mid-1960's China and likey related to the Cultural Revolution, a wind-up alarm clock featuring images of Chinese flags and massed students on parade waving Chairman Mao's "Little Red Book". When operating, the clock displays a student waving the "Red Book" every second at lower right.
