For your attention today is a gorgeous and rare real silver fox
fur long jacket/short coat that was made to a special order by Sacks &
Brendlor furriers in the 80's and it is hard to find anything warmer than
this one I'm sure. We think that this jacket will
fit either a lady or a man as fur is very much back in vogue for men. This is just the right coat to be
wearing for any kind of winter, wherever you are, to be able to
be warm and snug.
The jacket has been made from
amazing quality whole Silver fox pelts. It was worn for a few occasions only
and has obviously been cared for and stored correctly over time. The fur is in excellent
vintage condition without any kind of
damage. It is soft and plush, with thick dark grey and brown under-fur and long silver-white tipped guard
hairs adding a wonderful contrast to the darker shades. Looks like it was
dusted with snow!
The jacket has a beautifully shaped collar, full
length raglan style sleeves with
elasticated cuffs, slightly padded shoulders, two pockets and fastens edge to
edge with two hook and eye closures. It has been lined
in a black silky fabric and the lining is as good as new, all intact and it has
not been monogrammed. The jacket is free from any musty/unpleasant odours.
A really
luxurious jacket that is guaranteed not only to turn heads when you are out
feeling fabulous anytime, anyplace, anywhere but will also keep you warm and
snug through the coldest winters! Also I would
like to mention that most of the vintage coats were designed and hand
crafted by the furriers, therefore each of them is quite unique and no two will
be exactly the same.
As
nearly all vintage fur coats were made to special orders by set individual
measurements then it is really difficult to specify a standard size. You
