4. I will use the United Parcel Service (d/b/a UPS).

5. I will pay the full insurance value on any and all items bid/purchased, free of charge to the buyer.

6. Handling time is three days standard.

7. Payment will be made within 3 days or item will be re-listed.

8. There are no warranties or guarantees made herein expressed or implied.

9. If there is a dispute arising from a transaction, buyer must immediately contact Seller (myself) before leaving negative feedback.

10. I will as the seller, provide the best and most accurate description of the item as I can to include blemishes, imperfections, indications of whether an item was purchased new or open box, etc.
