Listed here is a wedge stem plough plane by JOHN MOSELELY LONDON.

This is a fine example of of 19th century English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 plane making,

Good rich golden Beech colour and age patina.

The iron is a ground and sharpened VEE profile ( see photos)

JOHN MOSELEY was a prolific manufacturer of 19th century wooden planes and over the many years operated from many different addresses in LONDON (see GOODMANS book of ENGLISH PLANES FROM 1700.

The address stamped on the front toe is 63 New Oxford street LONDON

This date suggests manufacture between 1885 to 1920
