They were the creators of Ebony & Jet Magazines as well as the Fashion Fare Line

This pin was NOT an item that was sold - it was gifted my the magazine to top line staff only

My friend worked there his entire career life - nearly 50 years!

Now years later it is my time to downsize and let go of many things

The purchased or this pin will get a very heavy and large pin - 1/2 dollar size

The "jp" logo repeated x4 appears to be a design - sterling silver - expertly inlaid and framing veined turquoise. I have worn it on my lapel many times and it always gets attention

I think by adding a loop to the back it would make a stunning pendant
