Brand New!  Packaging has minor shelf wear.  Please refer to pictures for any wear or blemishes.  The packaging is not perfect but is in good condition.  It's hard to see in the pictures but the top sags a little and there is a small discoloration on the plastic above Finish Line Lightning McQueen.  It's minor but wanted to make sure I mentioned it incase its a deal breaker for a collector.  The cars are in excellent condition.
