Did you know that the design of the medal of the Immaculate Conception was given to St. Catherine Labourè by the Blessed Virgin Mary herself? And that the Blessed Mother told her that all its wearers would receive special graces.

That's why this special medal is called a "miraculous" medal because, since it was first made in 1832, the blessings that Mary promised began to shower down on its wearers.
