If graded, I'd say this book is a 7.0 or better (IN MY OPINION - please take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself). Front cover has a few spine ticks, a small dent in the top left hand corner (that can be felt - right around the spine tick over "Frankenstein Marvel Comics Group", what appears to be a faded/smeared date stamp over "Marvel" near top of cover and some small areas of creasing around top right hand corner and edges of cover. Back cover has a few areas of staining/scuffing towards the bottom of cover. On the top left hand corner there is some light denting (can be felt) + some creasing/folding. Along the top edge of the back cover there is also some small spots where chipping is present (to be honest I don't think chipping is the correct term to use here - it's more like a micro tear and then issue with the surface - appears it got scratched by something as you can feel surface isn't smooth, but no rips). Pages are clean + complete with some having perforation tears.
