Here is a women's Gothic Zombie dress costume.  Size medium 8-10.  When laid flat it measures approximately 18" from armpit seam to armpit seam but is a bit stretchy.  Hips where lace is measures about 16 1/2" across and in not really stretchy there.  Features a hoop skirt.
