Laptop is in very good physical condition with just a few scratches on the casing. Screen is in great condition. BIOS health indicated as excellent in BIOS.

The issue is that a few of the keys on the keyboard do not appear to work. These include the 1,2,3 keys at the top and the windows key. The numberpad keys work fine so you can use the laptop as is or with an external keyboard.
