Awesome estate fresh large size scratch built live steam engine locomotive.
High quality handmade live steam engine.
Heavy brass and aluminum construction.
Inner truck wheel spacing is ~1.5" so we believe this a No. 1 Gauge. Exact scale unknown.
Engine measures 20" long x 4 1/2" wide x 7 5/8" tall
Tender measures 10 3/4" long x 5 1/4" wide x 5 5/8" tall
Engine and tender both have engraved plates that read "N.P.W.", presumably the initials of the model maker.
Fresh out of a high end estate collection. Very nice vintage condition with light evidence of use and handling. Engine appears problem free but has not been tested. Tender shows minor paint loss and top metal flashing rim is slightly detached. Engine untested. Displays very nicely. Sold as-is / as-found.
