This Rabbit/Guinea Pig Hutch was purchased in 1993 and the run was made by my late father. The hutch has always been keep inside a conservatory when in use by it four previous residents between 1993 and 1999, which consisted of 3 guinea pigs and a Netherlands dwarf rabbit but only one to two animals at a time. The run has always been inside a garage. The only time both were out in the garden was on sunny days, both being put back inside before it got dark, so they never got rained on.
Both are in good condition considering their age. The white marks on the hutch roof was the remains of a sticky back fablon vinyl material which over the years has peeled off.
The hutch is 3 feet long and 15.5 inches wide. The run is 5 feet 2 inches long and 18 inches wide. There is no actual attachment between the two as the sheer weight of the run stops escapes. No creature ever escaped!
