6. CUSTOMS:
International Letters can occasionally be held by local customs offices for a fee (Rarely an issue but can sometimes happen).
Please do not complain to me about customs delays or fees charged as these are both out of my control and have nothing to do with me. Local authorities can hold letters at their own discretion.
If your letter is held for a fee, and you decide not to comply with local customs authorities and have the letter returned, the items can be refunded after they have been received back in full. Postal charges will not be refunded however.
