• 12 Months Warranty comes as standard with our refurbished products
• 3 Months Return to Base Warranty as this will cover repairs, labour parts and a replacement if available
• After the 3 months Return to Base Warranty has expired, any hardware issues after this period are not covered due to it already being a used item
• We can only advise on what the issue is after this period, meaning we can only provide software support and advice
• We also do not take any responsibility for damage or repairs that you have made to the computer, this voids the warranty and returns will be refused
• You are also not covered by Accidental Damage, Water Damage, Theft or Natural Disaster Damage
• There is no warranty on the Battery and Charger provided as they are consumable items
• If an item is returned due to faulty charger, you will also be charged for return postage (as mentioned, chargers are not covered under any warranty - they are tested upon dispatch)
