Item is in working condition with good sound clarity but item is not in the best condition. The wire near the adjustable tube is flattened and is thinner. Previous owner wrapped one end of the wire and made a knot to prevent slippage of the wire. I removed the knot and found that the wire is no longer round and rigid but it is confirmed to be in operable condition. Could use yellow shrink wrap to strengthen the wire.The adjustable tube is highly suggested not to adjusted because it’s very very tight and the wires is not giving any slack. Any hard pulling will surely break the wires. No returns or refunds if wire break so adjust or repair at your own risk. Besides that item will show signs of normal use and cosmetic imperfections such marks, stains, discoloration, and small kink. Wires are free from any frays or expose wire.This will be suitable for completing your Walkman device for collectability purposes.
