The plate is made of porcelain and features reticulated handles, embossing, gold accents, and hand-painted rose sprays on a glossy finish. Dark green, brown and red are the primary colors fading to pale cream center. Gold scroll accents on the embossed rim.  About 11 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" tall.

There are multiple marks on the reverse for maker, decorator, artist note of pattern number and impressed form number.
