Here is the original art for a consecutive pair from Moon Man, the 54th story, drawn by Neville Colvin, and published from the end of 1983 through early 1984.
Moon Man is a story about a Russian spy ring operating in England. It tries to recruit Alex Varna, a sleeper agent and friend of Modesty, to work against her.
In this sequence, Modesty, Willie and the phony enthusiasts prepare to carry out their UFO hoax.
Board size of each is about 21 3/8 x 7 1/8 inches with an image area about 18 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches. Dialog balloons and captions are pasteups. Both episodes are backstripped.
