Shipped USPS ground advantage,  packed with extra care and ships in Gemini mailer.  Complete and from a smoke free home.  Low grade copy with a lot of flaws pointed out in photos.  Split at bottom of cover, some creasing and tear on spine going across cover, a few soil spots,  crease at bottom right corner of cover, handling creases.  I noticed a spot on back cover I pointed out and on inside front cover that looks to be white out? Nothing high grade here.  I have it graded at or around a FR/GD to GD. Please use pics to judge condition for yourself.
