Measures for surface preparation
Surface preparation must be carried out in accordance with din EN 14879-1:2005, 4.2 ff. to carry out.

Application
Mixing

During the mixing process, the (ideal) material temperature should be +15 °C.
Add the hardener to the resin.
The hardener must completely drain out of the container.
Mix thoroughly with the mixer until homogeneous consistency.
The hardener must be evenly distributed.
The mixing time is approx. 3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture into a clean bucket.
Stir carefully again.

Apply ASODUR-SG3-superfast in a flood-tight and pore-tight manner.
To ensure a pore-tight primer layer, apply the primer in two layers.
The waiting time between the first and second order is approx. 3.5 hours.

Production of the leveling/scratch filler
The quartz sand (Ø 0.1-0.6 mm) is added to the previously homogeneously mixed and repotted resin and hardener component
(mixing ratio 1:1).
Mix the liquid and solid ingredients evenly.
When used on vertical and inclined surfaces, the addition of ASO-FF (2-3% by weight) is recommended.

Primer for mineral leveling and leveling compounds
Apply ASODUR-SG3-superfast using the rolling process.
After the first primer layer has cured, apply the second primer layer using a rolling method.
Apply ASODUR-SG3-superfast as a second coat using the rolling process.
Consumption approx. 0.3kg/m
2;
Sand the fresh primer over the entire surface with quartz sand (Ø 0.1 – 0.6 mm or Ø 0.5 – 1.0 mm).
Consumption approx. 1 - 1.5 kg/m
2;
After the primer layer has hardened, carefully remove the unbound quartz sand before application.

Production and processing of the epoxy resin screed
Add the quartz sand (Ø 0.06 - 1.5 mm or Ø 0.06 - 3.5 mm) in a coordinated amount (3:25) into the compulsory mixer (e.g. type: Zyklos or UEZ).

Cleaning the tools
Clean tools with ASO-R001 immediately after use.
