This Victorian parlor lot is in very nice condition for it's age.  Everything pictured is included. 

The couch and chairs are by Concord Miniatures.  The couch is very nice - stitched fabric, carved rosettes, with original box. 

The rug measures 9.5 inches by 12.5 inches and is by Keshishian - Kirman pattern. 

The tables have marble tops. 

The poodle is a pewter pendant made by Colonial Craftsman.
