Welcome! This is a beautiful piece from a vintage Star cutter quilt. It's a perfect size for a table quilt. It's in wonderful condition with a couple touches of surface wear and light toning. The fabrics are gorgeous, especially the indigo and red prints. I love the tiny little blue star print fabric. I guess I love them all in this piece. They all work so well together, giving this piece a patriotic feel. This piece has cut edges and is the only piece I can save from this quilt that has a border with the 9-patch corners in red and blue. It is a thinner, softer piece that lays perfectly flat but is not quite square, best seen in the overhead pictures. It's all hand pieced...so amazing to see, and the hand quilting is just lovely. It measures a larger size at approx. 28 7/8" x 29 1/4". It's an eye-catching piece with so many decorating options, offered for your home or creative heart and hands.
