1. Immediate Payment Required (If payment is not received within 24 hrs of buying, the item will be relisted). Please let me know if you need more time to make payment.

2. To protect both of us from fraudulent transactions, the item will be shipped to the address indicated on the eBay and/or Paypal transaction details. This rule will be strictly followed. No exception.

3. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. Your purchase indicates that you agree on the item you buy (as indicated on the label). I do NOT accept returns and/or exchange.

4. Please understand that once the item is dropped off with the shipping carrier, the delivery process (e.g., delays, lost package, etc) is beyond my control. Please understand that the delivery date provided by eBay is an estimate. It may get delayed because of the shipping carrier or custom clearance process. Also, the buyer is responsible for reshipping charge, if the item is returned with refused, insufficient or undeliverable address.
