This large collection of USPS Commemorative stamps includes the following set: 1984 mint set #884 sealed with mounts(43 stamps), 1985 mint set #865 sealed with mounts (27 stamps), 1990:  wave 1 #8913, wave 2, wave 3 and wave 4, 1991 wave1 plus various collectible stamps in sheets and blocks. The stamps that are not part of the mint sets are as-is loose and not sealed. These stamps are usable to mail things today and add up to over $63.00 worth of stamps plus the USPS binder and USPS booklets.
