I am offering a pair of the Classic, Audiophile grade, Sennheiser HD 414 Headphones from the Late 1960s to the Early 1970s. Very lightweight and transportable, but not suitable for using on the move, due to their Open-back design and Low Efficiency. With a High Impedance of 2000 Ohms, a Good, powerful Desktop Amp is mandatory, as they require a generous Voltage swing and good Current capability. They will work particularly well with a good Valve/Tube Amplifier.

They are capable of impressive Transparency and Soundstaging, with a particularly Rich and Explicit Midrange reproduction and Clear Highs. Bass extension is lacking, therefore these are especially suited for musical Genres such as Classical, Choral, Vocal and Acoustic.
