Pacific 22 rib

Ive owned it for 5-6yrs, Ive got all of its history from new including the ships it served on in the navy, it was then used commercially on the north sea oil fields so been coded all its life.

I gave it a comprehensive going over 2019/2020 including the following -

Most parts were replaced just for the sake of having reliablity.

Replaced 50% of the deck boards
Brand new hydraulic helm
New starter and alternator
New main heat exchanger
remaining 3 heat exchangers stripped, cleaned, painted and reassembled with new seals
Injectors removed and bench tested by Marine diesel
New injector lines
changed oil in injector pump
All hoses changed for silicone
new thermostat
new water pump and matched pair of belts
engine and gearbox oils

under the rocker cover she looks like brand new, i have no proof at all but i suspect shes had a new engine or an engine re-build at some point in her life. Starts on the button, every time, regardless of weather, within the first couple cranks, never even bothered using the cold start button on the pump.

New skin fitting and new raw water filter housing and new stainless sea cock.
Its got the brass impellor Naval spec raw water pump which is in good health so left as is.

New twin diesel filters and marine grade hoses
New lift pump
New prop shaft UJ's

Had the intermediate gearbox rebuilt

Had the whole leg rebuilt with new bearings and seals

Rebuilt both lift rams
Replaced lift hydraulic hoses

Removed transom housing and refurbed to include removal of the redundant exhaust housing and blanked off to enable fitting of a massive alloy anode, had new Stainless lift pins and nylon bushes custom made.

Its got a DSC radio
bilge alarm and pump
new aeriel

Probably loads ive forgotten! but it gives you a good idea of how much time and money ive put into her.

Hull is in A1 condition

tubes are original and look tired but i was going for a sympathetic restoration and i like the look!

Needs a small amount of TLC at the moment mainly being the decks need re painting and the leg gator will need replacing, 2x tube valves are leaking (not the tubes) i have the valves just havnt had any time this year to get working on her.

EASY winter project!!

Sad sale but i just havnt got the time i used to have and dont want to leave her sitting there.

PHOTOS are current apart from the last few showing the leg rebuild from maybe 2yrs ago,
