Available here for your consideration is a superb pair of spurs with matching conchos and buckles by Terry Alward. This is an outstanding pair of 18 point rowel, double mounted spurs made in the Texas tradition. They feature engraved silver overlay along the heel bands and shanks, which are dominated with a cowboy on a bucking horse. The large leather spur straps are stamped Triple D Leather, Dumas, Texas. Each strap displays a large concho that, in its center, replicates the cowboy on bucking horse motif from the spur bands. The straps close with a nicely decorated buckle set, also by Alward. Terry Alward was elected first president of the Texas Style Bit and Spur Makers Assoc. and he is featured on pages 60 to 61 of Bits and Spurs, Motifs, Techniques and Modern Makers by Ned and Jody Martin. These fantastic spurs made in the Texas style by a leading spur maker in that tradition belong in your collection. Buy them now!
