Drum Workshop 5000 bass drum pedal. Single chain. 1990's era. The pedal operates smoothly and quietly. This pedal has a brand new DW replacement  chain and radius rod. The originals were broken.                                                               This is a direct replacement of the original Camco pedal. DW now owns the patent.           The next to the last photo shows the damage the previous owner did playing the pedal with the broken radius rod. It doesn't affect the pedals performance at all.
