Both sides do work and it does charge, however the left side is dangling. The ear cups are not included with this listing. These headsets do show signs of wear, please refer to the pictures for the condition of this listing. There may be a cosmetic crack on the headband as pictured, but this does not affect the stability or functionality. This is a final sale.
