Q: How long will the battery be fully charged?
A: The battery might take roughly 7-8 hours to be fully charged if use ARRIS 5V 2A charger (Not Includes). If use other charging method, such as 5V 1A charger or directly plug to wall outlets, it might take longer. So, we suggest customers buy ARRIS 5V 2A charger.
Q: I have charged the battery for more than 8 hours with the ARRIS 5V 2A charger, but the 4th light still blinks, seems that it could not be fully charged.
A: This is normal and will not effect the battery working time. If the third light is on, just charge for another 1-2 hours, then it can be fully charged even when the 4th light is still blinking.
Q. How to take care of the battery?
A. In order to extend the service time, battery must be fully charged before use, storage and once every 3 months of storage thereafter.
Q: Can you charge the battery while powering the heated apparel?
A: NO, you can NOT charge the battery while you are using it to power on the heated vest or jacket.
Q: What is the correct step to clean the heated vest?
A: Remove battery, hand wash or machine wash (in laundry bag) in cold water. Do not twist or wring.
