Picked up this very cool little vintage case which will make a great portable valve mic pre. but large enough tom get 2 channels fitted.

Being built with EMI REDD47 style mic pre cirucits with vintage EF86 and ECC88 valve stages, XLR transformer balanced mic inputs and line outputs, 1/4" Hi z DI direct inputs. Perfect for a very high end Bass DI

Mic input level with a rotary gain switch. Internal toroidal power supply also fitted and upgraded to have a 48v Phantom power supply. Great little unit which will sound superb and a bargain price too

This is built to a very high standard with custom designed fiber double sided plated through hole PCB, Vishay high grade resistors, new custom made power supply with a Toroidal transformer, screened microphone input transformers, custom made balanced line output transformers as found in Neve equipment.. vintage valves.
