There is a very fine crack in the stone from top to bottom. It is nearly impossible to see without magnification. (see image 1)

Eddy Chaco signed Sterling Silver belt buckle. Measures 4” across and 3” top to bottom. Stone measures 1 7/8”x1 1/8”. Total wt. is 121 grams or 4.27 oz.

I am the original owner of this belt buckle. I purchased it in 1988 at the Arabian Horse National Championship Show. I was a young farrier and bought this to celebrate a National Champion horse that I was the horseshoer of. I wore this buckle for a number of years while I was shoeing horses, as evidenced by the wear on the buckle! It’s been in a drawer for the last 30 years.

I noticed the crack, while I was examining these images on close-up for this listing.
