Vintage ceramic tile of a Revolutionary War-era soldier in the 1st Pennsylvania Battalion in 1775. Image appears to be based on the 1956 painting by French painter R. Desvarreaux Larpenter.

5 1/8" x 5 1/8" square

Has some writing on the back that says #4. I don't know if that means this was #4 in a series. The number 76 is imprinted in the tile on the back, perhaps an indicator that this was made in 1976 (maybe for the American Bicentennial), though I can't confirm that.


Small chips along bottom edge. Overall in good condition. Please see photos.
