Bright yellow LOUIS GARNEAU Ugi zip front cycling jacket, size XL.  100% polyester.  Under arms have small triangular inserts of a black mesh fabric.  Back hem is longer than front and hem has optional drawstring.  Cuffs are elasticized.  Lower back has a horizontal zippered pocket.  It is in great condition and from smoke free home.  Measurements are:

Armpit to armpit: 24”

Neck seam to cuff:  34 1/2”

Neck seam in back to hem:  29 1/2”
