Condition: All preowned items are thoroughly inspected and any flaws are noted in the description. Preowned items are cleaned and stored in climate controlled, smoke free environment.

Shipping: Same or next business day. Items will be packed carefully and securely. Clean and intact shipping materials will be used. When possible, recycled shipping supplies will be used.

Returns: Returns are accepted on most items. Returns must be started within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. All tags must be intact and item should show no additional signs of wear.
