We are a small family-owned American business. All items are shipped directly to you from Vermont. I will contact you with totals and shipping information within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If you do not hear from me, please check your spam folders.

If you have any questions about accepted forms of payment, please inquire. Please pay within 10 days of winning the auction. If the item is not paid within this span of time, the item may be re-listed and your bid canceled. Fast payment by the winning bidder is also appreciated, thank you. Residents of Vermont must pay 6% state sales tax.

Our US shipping policy goes like this:

USPS First Class Mail for small packages that weigh less than 12 oz. USPS Priority Mail for lightweight orders that fit in a box 12" square and under. USPS Parcel post or UPS Ground for heaver and larger items that weigh more than a pound or fit in a box 14" square and over. Paintings, prints and other large pieces are shipped using the best carrier on a case by case basis. We will always combine shipping wherever possible.

Return Policy: Satisfaction guaranteed or you may return any item for a full refund. Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of package.

Foreign buyers, please confirm your local address and country information at the close of auction, and please include your local phone number. U.S. Customs now requires a phone number for ALL packages shipped outside the U.S. Foreign shipping is by USPS First Class International or Priority Mail international, depending on size and weight. Please note: foreign buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
