If graded, I'd say this book is a 7.5/8.0 or better (probably closer to an 8.0/8.5 - see pics/read description). Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), slightly blunted corners (with very small chips in corners of spine), some minor scuffing, very small chip in bottom right hand corner and some areas of very light creasing/folding (around edges). Back cover has some scuffing, a micro chip in bottom left hand corner and some very light wear around edges. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, some discoloration/foxing, some light scuffing here and there and some pages have small chips (missing small pieces) in top and bottom corners of pages. Presents very well!
