I removed the foam earphone cover as it rotted with time (like all others).  The cord was never unrolled although the set has been tested using my Olympus VN-1800 voice memo device; it worked perfectly!  Noise cancelling is also amazing.
Included is an adapter for a SoundBlaster audio computer card and a combiner cable for earphone/mic combo audio input (the four-way plug).  The papers shown are some instructions and phone numbers.  Plugs are 3.5mm.
